Who will delivery my parcel?

Depending on the weight/time scale chosen for delivery your parcel will be delivered by:

  • My Hermes
  • Yodel
  • Royal Mail

How long will delivery take?

Orders within the UK will normally be received within 3-5 working days of acceptance of the order.

We always do our utmost to get your sweets to you as quickly as possible. However, if there is a problem with sending your order you can rest assured that we will be in touch as quickly as possible to resolve any issues or problems.

How much is delivery?

  • Up to 1kg @ £3.30
  • From 1kg to 2kg @ £4.19
  • From 2.01g to 5kg @ £5.16
  • Over 5.01kg to 10kg @ £5.64

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?

All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) will be shipped that day, dependant on payment and stock availability. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email, sent to the email address on your online account.

What if I'm not home when it's delivered?

Our delivery company will leave a calling card if they are unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions on the calling card and contact your local depot to rearrange delivery/collection within 3 working days. If arrangements for delivery are not completed in 3 working days your parcel will be returned back to Kingdom of sweets; this will incur a further delivery charge 

The order has arrived and I'm not 100% happy

We always aim to deliver the best possible service, but we are only human - if we missed something from the order or sent you a wrong item, do email us asap at sales@kingdomofsweets.com and we will get back to you. Same goes if your entire order or a part of it was damaged in transit. Please keep the goods safe and unopened and let us know within 7 days of receipt.

Privacy & Security

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 100% no-quibble satisfaction guarantee that if you're in any way unhappy with the products you purchase from Kingdom of Sweets; we will give you a full refund - including postage costs, or an exchange, provided that you return them in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns where the product is not in its original packaging or condition.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Period

UK returns must be received by Kingdom of Sweets within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns Procedure

To return your goods, please email us at sales@kingdomofsweets.com to advise us and to receive a returns reference number.

Any refund that you are entitled to will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

Likewise, should you be requesting an exchange for goods of a higher value to your original order, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order?

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty; please email us at sales@kingdomofsweets.com describing the problem so that we may seek a suitable resolution.

Please quote your order number on all correspondence with us.

Returning Gifts

If you've received a product as a gift from someone else, you can still return it as per the above guidelines. Any refund will be made to the original purchaser's credit or debit card - and will not be made to the gift recipient

Cancellation

You may cancel any order made on this website by notifying us in writing to: sales@kingdomofsweets.com  within 7-days of receiving your purchase. You will receive an email authorizing the return and providing you with a postage label to use when returning your parcel. Provided the goods arrive in their original condition, a full refund will be made to the payment card used when placing your order, an Email will be sent to you to advise the refund has been processed.

If you notify us of your request to cancel your order before your goods are dispatched, the order will be cancelled and payment refunded to your card immediately.

Ordering

I'm new, how do I order?

At Kingdom of Sweets we go to great lengths to ensure your shopping experience is as easy and secure as possible. You can use the drop down navigation across the top or the menu on the side to navigate through our sections. You can also filter our products by, colour, flavour, theme or brand.

If you want to add an item to your cart, click the 'BUY ITEM' buttons, then either of the 'YES' buttons on the pop-up.

Once you have finished shopping simply go to the checkout, you can either choose to register which will enable you to move through the checkout process faster, shop multiple delivery addresses, view and track your orders or checkout as a guest.

You can then choose the method of shipping you would like and continue to payment. If you are happy with the order, confirm the payment and the item(s) will be dispatched to you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both Kingdom of Sweets and you, our customer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
